RM Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join a well-known processing facility, working a lifestyle roster. Join a reputable processing facility where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the reliability of fixed plant operations. We're looking for an experienced Electrician to ensure critical electrical systems and equipment operate efficiently, with minimal downtime and optimal performance. This is a permanent position, base rate shift allowances earn up to $85p/h super, (up to $176k) working 2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off. Requirements and Responsibilities for this role: Electrical License, A Grade Electrician Experience in industrial or agricultural plant maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical systems. Q Fever vaccination (or willing to obtain) Must have Drivers License PLC and VSD experience (advantageous) Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in an agricultural or food production environment.
